Ian leads Clemlec Heritage, specialising in discreet and sensitive electrical installations for historic buildings. From blending modern systems into traditional structures to navigating strict regulations, he ensures every heritage project is delivered with care and respect for the building’s character. With years of hands-on experience as Senior Project Manager, Ian also coordinates all aspects of ELV, FA, and LV installations. He’s known for his practical approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to turn challenging designs into effective, buildable solutions 

 

 

Barry leads our Commercial Team, making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. He enjoys meeting clients, understanding their needs, and putting together proposals that get the job done. On-site, he keeps teams, budgets, and timelines on track while tackling any challenges that come up. The Commercial Team handles a variety of work, including Fault Finding, Planned and Reactive Maintenance, Periodic EM, and Light Testing and Repairs. Hands-on and committed to quality, Barry ensures every job is completed to the highest standard, from the first chat to the final handover.
